Paramparik Kala Utsav

As part of Platinum Jubilee celebration of India’s Independence and to mark the 25th, year of Salwan Public School’s inception, the school organized the event PARAMPARIK KALA UTSAV-2021 under the umbrella of Gurgaon Sahohdaya (GPSC)aiming to develop a balanced curriculum rich in arts and culture. The felicitation Ceremony of the same was organized on 20-11-21 on Zoom Platform. The competition was divided into three categories-Group A (VI-VIII) Gond Painting, Group B (IX-X)Kalighat Painting, Group C (XI-XII) Kalamkari Painting. The art enthusiasts from different schools participated in this event. To motivate, every participant was rewarded with Gold, Silver or Bronze Star. The competition brimmed with creative ideas of the students. The artwork reflected the research by the students based on the Indian traditional arts.
