CPD Training

With the advent of the 21st century far reaching changes have permeated all spheres of human endeavour. The ethos of the Salwan schools run by the Salwan Education Trust is to update, adopt and assess all the endeavours. The Teacher’s Development Programme equips our teachers to keep abreast of the changing trends in pedagogy.

Salwan Public School, Gurugram has developed an in-house training module for the staff. The Continuous Development Programme (CPD) consists of all natural learning experiences and thus conscious and planned activities which are intended to be of direct and indirect benefit to the teacher and the school. It is the purpose by which teacher’s review, renew and extend their commitment as changed agents to the moral purpose of teaching. It helps them acquire and develop critically the knowledge, skills and emotional intelligence essential for good professional thinking, planning and practicing with the children.

Continuous Development Programmes are generally held on 4th Saturdays or after the school hours.
