The school follows a House System wherein students from Classes III to XII are uniformly placed. This system gives the students ample opportunities through Inter- House Competitions.

The LEAP programme implementation in primary classes and initiation of Project Based Learning concept in Middle sections last session have shown us tremendous positive impact in the mindsets of our beloved students.
As you may be aware of the Project Swavlamban initiated in year 2020 during lockdown, wherein students of classes 9-12 are being encouraged to take up skill based online courses in the areas of their interest after completion of the courses the students need to submit a copy of certificate(s) to the class teachers which gets included in their annual report cards to help in profile building. The response of the same has been very encouraging as many students are doing courses in digital Marketing, Web designing, guitar playing, coding, App development, music etc and get skilled in the areas of their interests, which may become their profession or may support their careers in future.
We are pleased to share that the Second edition of the Project Swavlamban is in the process of being launched by October end and for that we request you to provide your valuable inputs.
This Academic year’s theme is “Creating Independent Learners” under which our school library is already stocked up with hundreds of books related to various entrances /competitive exams along with CBSE Examinations. In line with same we are also initiating an exciting concept of HUMAN LIBRARY to support the students in their journey for preparing themselves for a successful future. In this project many renowned personalities of various fields are being roped in as Human Library resource cum Mentors. The concept is being structured around various Subjects being taught in the school as well as related to the future requirement of students with respect to the Entrances and competitive exams like NTSE, CUET, JEE, NEET, CLAT, UPSC, NDA etc.
If you have rich experience in your field and would like to be a part of the Salwan Human Library or Mentor repository on voluntary basis, we welcome your registration for the same. As part of the Human library /Mentor you may have to be available for minimum one hour online/offline in a week for selected students who may seek guidance from you by booking appointment through school coordinator. We also welcome the grandparents of your ward or any other contact as well if you feel they can contribute at any level.
